What we Collect

Payments With Klarna

In order to be able to offer you Klarna’s payment options, we will pass to Klarna certain aspects of your personal information, such as contact and order details, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment options and to tailor the payment options for you. You have a right to ask what PII F.Hinds has on record for you and if you wish for your data to be deleted or amended. If you request your data it will be provided to you in a digital format and must be sent to you within 30 days of receiving your request. Similarly if a subsequent removal request is made it must also be completed within 30 days. You also have the right to request any data to be transferred to a third party under the right to data portability.

When making a request, F.Hinds has to take reasonable measures to ensure your identity and this may require you to provide us with additional information such as a current or previous address, email or phone number which we may have on record.
