What we Collect

When you shop on our website or in store we collect personally identifiable information (PII) that you provide to us. We will ask you to provide PII such as your name, email, address and phone number. When running competitions or surveys we may collect data relevant to that activity.

All payments made on our website - and those that are not chosen to be made through PayPal - are processed by WorldPay. This means that your credit and debit card details are only seen by the bank and are not stored by us in any form.

Payments With Klarna

In order to be able to offer you Klarna’s payment options, we will pass to Klarna certain aspects of your personal information, such as contact and order details, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment options and to tailor the payment options for you. Sharing PII with Third Parties

In the course of fulfilling an order we use and share your information with selected third parties. These parties include, but are not limited to, Web Media Group (WMG) (digital marketing services), Red Technology Solutions Limited (E-commerce services) and Easypost (postal services, based in the US).

F.Hinds, or third party companies acting on our behalf, may collect IP addresses for the purposes of systems administration and to audit the use of our website. You have a right to ask what PII F.Hinds has on record for you and if you wish for your data to be deleted or amended. If you request your data it will be provided to you in a digital format and must be sent to you within 30 days of receiving your request. Similarly if a subsequent removal request is made it must also be completed within 30 days. You also have the right to request any data to be transferred to a third party under the right to data portability.

When making a request, F.Hinds has to take reasonable measures to ensure your identity and this may require you to provide us with additional information such as a current or previous address, email or phone number which we may have on record. We may also ask how you have interacted with F.Hinds in the past e.g. have you ordered from us online, shopped in store, worked for us, corresponded with our customer services department etc.

Please note that your right to delete or amend data does not apply where a contract has been performed. Therefore if you have given us your information to fulfil an order or repair online or instore then we have the right to keep a record of that information.
