Here at F.Hinds we make it our mission to provide our customers with first class service. We regularly monitor the prices offered by our competitors to ensure that we can offer the best prices we can. On the rare occasion our competitors may beat us on price, we offer to price match.

Found an item sold cheaper at one of the qualifying retailers below? Make sure it meets all other terms and conditions and visit your local F.Hinds with the information and an assistant will be happy to help.

- F.Hinds will only price match against the retailers listed above and up to the price promise limit. This is because we know they are genuine products with UK guarantees
- The item must be in stock and available to purchase at the price matched retailer
- Watches must be identical
-Jewellery items must be identical or, if non-branded, both similar and equivalent
- We reserve the right to exclude special promotions in place at other retailers
- Cannot be used with any other offer/ promotion we have in place or staff purchases
- The item must be new
- Does not apply to personalised, adjusted, specially made/ordered items, Premium Watches or services
- We must be able to verify that the item is available to purchase immediately at the other retailer
- The price promise is against the total cost payable, i.e. including shipping or other charges
- F.Hinds reserves the right to withdraw this policy at any time
- The policy is available in store only and not on the F.Hinds website
- F.Hinds employees are exempt from the policy
- Our opinion is final on whether a price promise is valid
- Any vouchers/ gift cards that may be issued are non-refundable
- This does not affect your statutory rights and you also retain the right to our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee
- Partial refunds for price promise agreements can be processed up to 30 days after purchase. Refunds will be made via the original method
